After Hours Policy

After Hours is SMOOCH's boldest mode. It stays locked until both players confirm they are 18 or older.

Who it's for

Two partners, both 18 or older, who have each chosen to turn the mode on. It's built for a night between the two of you, not for groups or public settings.

Age confirmation

Before After Hours unlocks, you'll confirm you're 18 or older. This is required and is a condition of using this mode. Attempting to bypass it violates our Terms of Service.

Comfort & Mood still applies

Your private Comfort & Mood settings apply fully in After Hours. Nothing outside your chosen categories is ever shown to you, and your choices are never revealed to your partner.

Respect & comfort

• Play only with a partner who's actively chosen to be there.
• Never record or share anything from your game without your partner's clear okay.
• Skip, pause, or stop any task anytime, no explanation needed.

Local laws

Content laws vary by country. It's your responsibility to check that After Hours is legally accessible where you are. If in doubt, don't use it.
